How involved is S&K during the design process?
We engage from the earliest technical stages. Not to take over, but to strengthen. Depending on the project, our role shifts from precise execution to active sparring on details, materials and buildability. We ask the right questions, flag what others might miss, and stay fully aligned with the design intent throughout.
Do you support technical detailing and engineering?
We don’t just execute drawings, we understand them. We translate complex design intentions into precise, buildable solutions. Without simplifying what makes the design special. Our team understands how materials behave, how details connect, and how to solve challenges before they reach the site.
How do you protect the design intent during execution?
By never losing sight of what was meant. Every decision on site is measured against the original intent. Our team is trained to recognise when something risks compromising the design, and to communicate that immediately. We see ourselves as guardians of your work. Your reputation is on the line. Every project starts with understanding the design. Not just the drawings, but the ambition behind them.
